54 yo female who received 2 pfizer vaccine this day. Patient sat in observation area without complaint. Patient was walking to vehicle and began to vomit. Patient came back into observation area c/o vomiting and dizziness. Patient has history of uncontrolled diabetes. Patient said she felt her sugar was low. Patient was observed another 20 minutes with condition unchanged. Patient's vitals were taken.BP: 166/78, HR: 74, RR:16. 9-1-1 was called and transfer of care was taken over. Patient was transported to Hospital.
