Symptomtext

Extreme pain in left shoulder and left arm from the day of the injection to present. The pain is continuous. I have tried recommended remedies of flexing arm, acetaminophen,and heat . Nothing has eliminated the pain. It lessens some after taking pain pills but not for long. It interferes with my sleep and ability to complete daily tasks.

Symptomtext

I had COVID in October 2020. My repeat antibody testing for spike and nucleocapsid remained high q2months with testing. I had 1st Pfizer 7/15/21. Second dose 8/3/21. First dose I had fatigue, arm soreness, mild headache, mild total body myalgias. Second dose, around 12-13 hours after the injection I had severe myalgias, rigors, headache, insomnia. It lasted until around 8am then started to wane until 2pm the next day. I took 1000mg tylenol around midnight and then again at 8am. It was like mini early COVID again for me. I expected this type of reaction but just reporting since it was severe. I also developed a rash on my neck the AM after the injection. It resolved over 1 week and I used hydrocortisone cream sparingly on it after day 3 until day 7.

chills; Low grade fever and next day fever of 101.5; feeling fatigue; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer, the patient. A 54-year-old male patient received second dose of BNT162b2 (COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE BIONTECH; Lot number: 0172) via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 24Apr2021 at 1700, as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. It was reported that patient had no medical history. Concomitant medication included flonase nasal steroid (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN) within 2 weeks of vaccination. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. On 25Apr2021, the patient experienced fatigue. On 26Apr2021, the patient had low grade fever and on 28Apr2021, the patient had fever of 101.5 and chills. On 29Apr2021, the patient started to experience fatigue and fever again. The clinical outcome of the events fatigue, fever and chills were not resolved at the time of this report. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.
