Symptomtext

2 weeks after receiving 1st dose in May 2021, my hair started shedding. After 2nd dose hair loss increased. Saw Dermatologist in Sept and we did steroid injections for 5 months, no improvements. Saw primary care doctor, did a ton of lab work, nothing abnormal. Caught covid in Jan 2022 and was sick for 3 weeks. Saw a Rheumatologist, nothing he could do for me. Saw a different Derm, started oral steroids. They made me sick, discontinued treatment. Now with Immunologist/Derm at Clinic. She had me do more labs. All normal. Wants to start me on Xeljanz (an inhibitor) but I am concerned about all the side effects. I have had total body hair loss as of June 2022. I am now Alopecia Univeralis.
