Bell's palsy. Treatment included course of steroids and anti-virals. On 11/4/21, I started having ear pain and eye twitching. On 11/5/21, I suffered from L-sided facial paralysis, pain, inability to close L eye, decreased taste sensitivity, pins/needles, and decreased sensation.

Hives lasting 48 hrs. Treated with Benadryl. All of body was involved in episode. My first experience with Hives.

Treatment of COVID-19; Treatment of COVID-19; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the patient. A 35-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 09Nov2021 as dose 3 (booster), single (Lot number: 8020) at the age of 34 years, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation; COVID-19 vaccine (COVID-19 VACCINE), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) and as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient had no relevant medical history. Concomitant medication(s) included: PAROXETINE; ZYRTEC [CETIRIZINE HYDROCHLORIDE]. Past drug history included: Versed, reaction(s): "Known allergies: Versed", notes: Known allergies: Versed. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant), outcome "not recovered" and all described as "Treatment of COVID-19". The patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: SARS-CoV-2 test: Positive, notes: day 1 of Covid-19; Positive, notes: day 2 of Covid-19; Positive, notes: day 3 of Covid-19; Positive, notes: day 4 of Covid-19; Positive, notes: day 5 of Covid-19; Positive, notes: day 6 of Covid-19; Positive, notes: day 7 of Covid-19; Negative, notes: negative for 2 days; Negative, notes: negative for 2 days; Postive, notes: on day 15th. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of drug ineffective, covid-19 which included treatment with Paxlovid started on 04Nov2022 till 09Nov2022. Clinical Course: I tested positive for Covid for 7 days then negative for 2 days and then positive again. I am still testing positive on my 15th day after my initial positive test.

A 67-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 09Mar2021 at 09:00 as dose 1, single (Lot number: EN6200), in left arm, on 12Apr2021 at 09:15 as dose 2, single (Lot number: EP7588), in left arm and on 11Nov2021 at 09:15 as dose 3 (booster), single (Lot number: 8020) at the age of 66 years, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Meniere's" (unspecified if ongoing); "known allergies: Penicillin" (unspecified if ongoing). There were no concomitant medications. Past drug history included: Bactrim, reaction(s): "known allergies: Bactrim"; Levaquin, reaction(s): "known allergies: Levaquin".
