I started getting top left back pain in late December, that caused tingling (pins and needle sensations) up and down my left arm, all the way to my fingertips. I went to my doctor who gave me a referral to an orthopedic who sent me to physical therapy 3 times a week. I just started the physical therapy this week. I go back to see the orthopedic in a month to see if the physical therapy was successful. If not, he will order a MRI of my shoulder. Ive also began to have hot flash in my right foot that has been continuing for the last month. It lasts for about 3 seconds and then goes away.
