- CXR 2/12/21--normal CT angiogram 2/24/2021--normal PFT 3/3/2021-- The flow - volume loop is normal. Spirometry indicates a borderline obstructive defect. Spirometry was not improved by bronchodilator. Lung volumes are normal. (TLC is 80-119%) ECHO 5/10/2021--unchanged from previous (done in 2020 because of hx rheumatic fever) Exercise stress test--12/3/2021 1. Good exercise capacity. 2. Normal hemodynamic response to exercise. 3. Clinically negative stress test. 4. Stress ECG negative for ischemia. No significant arrhythmia seen. 5. Decreased test specificity due to failure to achieve greater than 85% max heart rate. High resolution CT chest-- 1. No findings specific for interstitial lung disease or air trapping. 2. Mild scarring versus atelectasis in the middle lobe and lingula. 3. Small 3 mm endobronchial nodule in the left upper lobe, possibly a mucous plug. Recommend follow-up CT in 3 months to confirm stability. 4. There are a few additional 2-3 mm pulmonary nodules of very low malignant potential. 5. Persistent borderline enlarged left axillary lymph nodes of uncertain clinical relevance. labs--eosinophilia
