minor tiredness; Circular Rash on upper arm; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of FATIGUE (minor tiredness) and VACCINATION SITE RASH (Circular Rash on upper arm) in a 68-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. 014L6204) for COVID-19 vaccination. The patient's past medical history included Swelling and Redness. On 13-Jan-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On 18-Jan-2021, the patient experienced FATIGUE (minor tiredness) and VACCINATION SITE RASH (Circular Rash on upper arm). The patient was treated with DIPHENHYDRAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE (BENADRYL [DIPHENHYDRAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE]) at an unspecified dose and frequency. On 25-Jan-2021, VACCINATION SITE RASH (Circular Rash on upper arm) had resolved. At the time of the report, FATIGUE (minor tiredness) had resolved.
