Symptomtext

Received the shot Tuesday night on left arm. Soreness and pain for a day or two. Pain went away for a couple of days. Saturday night started to get neck arm and shoulder sorness arm tingling and numbness and pain near elbow top of forearm. MD check injection site and no redness or tenderness at location of shot just arm and neck and back. Was given steroid pack and muscle relaxer. Steroid pack made me feel worst and sick. Pain in arm comes and goes and neck. MD diagnosed possible pinch nerve.

Dizziness; Weakness; sore in the injection site; redness in the injection site; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of DIZZINESS (Dizziness), ASTHENIA (Weakness), VACCINATION SITE PAIN (sore in the injection site) and VACCINATION SITE ERYTHEMA (redness in the injection site) in an 85-year-old male patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. 025620-4) for COVID-19 vaccination. No Medical History information was reported. On 11-Jan-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1 dosage form. On 12-Jan-2021, the patient experienced DIZZINESS (Dizziness), ASTHENIA (Weakness), VACCINATION SITE PAIN (sore in the injection site) and VACCINATION SITE ERYTHEMA (redness in the injection site). At the time of the report, DIZZINESS (Dizziness), ASTHENIA (Weakness), VACCINATION SITE PAIN (sore in the injection site) and VACCINATION SITE ERYTHEMA (redness in the injection site) outcome was unknown. The action taken with mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) was unknown. Concomitant medications were not provided.
