Symptomtext
I had my injection on a Monday, about 2:00pm, 5.5 hours after in the injection, I became aware that I had numbness in my face, arm and leg - more dominant on my left side. On my face, more intense around my eye, nose & ear. In my face, it was similar feeling to when one receives Novocain, and its beginning to wear off and give that pins & needle feeling. In my arm and leg it was a general lack of sensitivity. I knew I was touching my arm with a sharp object, but I could not feel or sense it. I could walk, breath normal and talk. I did not reach out for medical help at that point. This lasted into the next day in all mentioned areas, the 3rd day (Wednesday) the only numbness that I was still aware of with out tapping to generate a stimulus, was in my face. On Tuesday, 2/23/2021 - I had made a neurologist appointment to address the situation. I still feel as if I have not completely regained sensation in my face and left arm, however I do need to tap on them to generate a stimulus response which feels somewhat numb. (Today is Thursday 3/4/2021 - 10 days after the 1st injection).

- Met with Dr. on 3/2/2021. After examining me and taking a medical history. MRI with and without IV contrast has been scheduled for Tuesday March 16th. Awaiting results from that test, once completed.

- Chronic pain in neck due to past accidents. Ankle pain & instability. Headaches.

- Acetaminophen 500mg (2 tablets), omeprazole 40mg (2 tablets a day), loratadine-pseudoephedrine (240mg - 1 24hr tablet). Arnica cream on the injection site.
- Allergien
- Morphine, NSAIDs (prescription strength - Motrin is fine).

- Flu vaccine, 2003, 39 years old. Unknown flu vaccine name. Similar reaction or even that just happened with the Moderna COVID
