A patient of unspecified age and gender received BNT162B2 ((PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Solution for injection, Batch/Lot Number: ETV6204), dose 1 via an unspecified route of administration on 16Mar2021 as DOSE 1 SINGLE for COVID-19 immunization. The patient medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. On an unspecified date, probably a day or two days later, the patient experienced higher blood pressure and he took high blood pressure pill (Unspecified medication) and the patient do not necessarily had access to a blood pressure comforted measured, but the patient do reorganize the fact that the patient see all his heart up in neck, definitely was speeding and the patient had tried to, not called or have not seen a doctor yet, it was that want to manage itself. After reading the adverse reaction to the shot decided that should just call and see what was going on because now concerned about taking the second one. The event outcome was Unknown.
