Symptomtext
stiff/painful neck that started 4 days post-vaccine. "Arthritis of the spine ? took Topamax for a while until she found out she was allergic to it. Takes gabapentin now; with diclofenac. Counseled to take Tylenol every 8 hours on schedule and apply cold packs. Patient was taking ibuprofen prn; advised to discontinue. If event becomes acute: present to ER. If event gets gradually worse: see primary doctor.
