Symptomtext

After vaccine, 2 hours later my eyes, lips were swollen. They said acute dehydration and my heart started pounding wildly. I went home and took Benadryl the next day I had breathing problems, 3rd day woke up with numb arm and went to ER and developed arm and left numbness and tingling that's still there today. I still have swelling in face and tongue and sores in my mouth and I have to ice myself at bedtime. and still wake up with difficulty breathing. I'm scheduled for an MRI because doctors said it's an adverse event to vaccine and I've also had hives. I will probably go back to ER because I'm having asthma issues again. I checked with my doctor about my medical records to know if I should get the vaccine and was told to get the vaccine. I have left side numbness and that's why I'm getting the MRI to rule out everything.

48 yo healthy male no PMH - recent L leg fracture 10 months ago and has had surgeries for this -- no known allergies or other medical issues After 5 minutes --had swelling L ankle and then subsequently had paresthesias to L upper thigh and L arm and L chest No CP or SOB No fever or chills VItals normal 133/89 T 97.6 PO 97% P 68 Neuro exam: CN 2-XII intact Strength 5/5 + and symm bilat UE/LE Ambulatory No sensory difference No airway compromise Observed for 1 hour and feels slightly better --no worsening symptoms - L arm /chest tingling is gone, mild symptoms L ankle

Fatigue Lymph node pain Lymphadenopathy Pain in extremity SARS-CoV-2 antibody test

Symptomtext

Felt fatigued with arm soreness. Two days later developed left supraclavicular lymph node swelling. Pt describes swelling as size of "ping pong ball" with tenderness. No axillary nodal swelling or tenderness. Progressive decrease in size of lymph node. Pt evaluated by clinician on 05/20/21. Non-tender palpable node measuring 2 cm X 1 cm. No axillary or cervical nodes noted. Recheck one week later, 05/27/21 - non-tender palpable node measuring 1 cm X 1 cm. CDC consultation sought 05/20 and 05/27.

Woke up the day after the vaccine with a buzzing in my head. It?s been two weeks and buzzing hasn?t subsided. Refuse to get the second dose. Afraid the buzzing will get worse and louder.
