Red rash on inner arms, top of legs and stomach; Tingling; Very irritating; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer, the patient. A 45-year-old non-pregnant female patient received the second dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: CSHDER8731), via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 28Apr2021 (at the age of 45-year-old), as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history was reported as none. The patient did not have a history of allergies to any food or medications or other products. Concomitant medications included acetylsalicylic acid; caffeine; salicylamide (EXCEDRIN), paracetamol; pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (TYLENOL SINUS), loratadine (CLARITIN) and gummy vitamin (MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN) all from an unknown date for an unknown indication. The patient previously received the first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: CSHDER8731), via an unspecified route of administration in the right arm on an unknown date at 11:00 as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. On 28Apr2021 at 12:00 (day of second shot), the patient experienced a red rash on inner arms, top of legs and stomach, tingling and very irritating when used the tanning bed. No therapeutic measures were taken for the events. The clinical outcome of the events red rash on inner arms top of legs and stomach, tingling and very irritating were unknown at the time of this report. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.
