A 42-year-old female patient received first dose of bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE, Formulation: Solution for injection, Lot/batch no: FR8731, Expiration date not reported) via unspecified route in the right arm on 15Apr2021 (at the age of 42-year-old) as single dose for COVID-19 immunization. Medical history included malaise (not feeling great) and hard burning ear drainage from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The patient did not receive any prior Vaccinations (within 4 weeks). The patient stated that, after the first shot she clarified prior to the first shot she was not feeling great. Then she got first shot and two days later she did not feel well, and she broke out on her chest, face, and everything turned beat red (17Apr2021). She was shaking and her heart rate went up to 185 and dropped pretty suddenly down to 36. She also lost a significant amount of weight since March and on 17Mar2021 she was 183 and patient clarified if it was related to the covid 19 vaccine. Patient also stated that beginning of march, she thought she had an infection in her hand and she went to the local urgent care and her doctor ruled that out. She was not feeling great and had a hard burning ear drainage and got a covid test on 28Mar2021, the end of march it came back negative, she was not sure if it was 28Mar2021, she clarified it was the last week in March. She had been going to the doctors almost four or five a week, blood work like crazy and the ER nine times. Two times were prior to her first vaccine. She further stated that since her heart was going up and down she was shaking so bad her mom had to call the ambulance. She had been having neurological and muscle problems, GI problems. She was having a difficult time walking, muscles were very weak, having neurological issues, back and spine pain and neck. Patient said that she herself and her and her primary care are working through everything. If its vaccine related, if she had covid and did not know it by the time she had the vaccine it's too late to get the antibody test. The adverse events resulted in emergency room and physician room visit. The patient underwent lab tests and procedures which included blood test, colonoscopy and a scope, computerized tomogram; all unknown results on an unspecified date, heart rate decreased: 36, heart rate increased: 185 on an unspecified date, magnetic resonance imaging: normal on an unspecified date, sars-cov-2 test: negative in last week of Mar2021. She got 3 CT scans but does not know the dates or the results and had a scheduled EMG (muscle, nerve study) cannot get in until October. The clinical outcome for event she broke out on her chest, face, everything turned beat red was recovered with sequel and all other events was unknown.
