Symptomtext

Intense soreness in left arm after 2 hours; at 8 hours my head began tingling and felt numb. I went to check my heart rate because I felt dizzy and it began escalating. At that time, the tingling sensation moved from the small of my back all the way up to my head. I felt like my brain was on fire and there were pressure behind my eyes. My body was twitchy and I felt like I would faint. We called 911 and I went to the ER. I was given lorazepam and an anti-inflammatory. ECG was "good". The following night I had the same tingling sensation with difficulty breathing and swallowing. The second night was less intense.

Symptomtext

Within 20 to 25 minutes, felt pain sensation going down left arm from side of injection to elbow. Shortly after, sensation went up to shoulder above shoulder blade. Next, began having weird sensation throughout upper body and started to feel the need to breathe deeply. Sensation later felt like jittery feelings as if blood sugar had dropped and I felt shaky all in my arms.Next began to feel foggy brained like I could not concentrate and think of what I was trying to say. Got out of car, stood up and felt nauseated and dizzy headed. This was now approximately 45 minutes after injection. Next, just began to burn right and center of breastbone, just as it did when I had Covid. Began to realize all symptoms that experience during Covid we?re hitting me in less than one hour after vaccine. Went to ER to get checked out, to be on the safe side since pain was near heart and in chest. Then headache started and lasted for two days. Headache was also last symptom toDissipate from Covid last year.

Flu like symptoms; fatigue; 1st dose:Date: 20May2021. 2nd dose: Date: 11Aug2021; This is a spontaneous report received from contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the patient. A 23-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 11Aug2021 as dose 2, single (Lot number: EC3180) at the age of 22 years for covid-19 immunisation. The patient had no relevant medical history. There were no concomitant medications. Vaccination history included: BNT162b2 (Dose: 01, Lot number: EW0171), administration date: 20May2021, when the patient was 22-year-old, for COVID-19 immunization, reaction(s): "Flu like symptoms", "Fatigue". The following information was reported: INAPPROPRIATE SCHEDULE OF PRODUCT ADMINISTRATION (non-serious) with onset 11Aug2021, outcome "unknown", described as "1st dose:Date: 20May2021. 2nd dose: Date: 11Aug2021"; INFLUENZA LIKE ILLNESS (non-serious), outcome "recovered", described as "Flu like symptoms"; FATIGUE (non-serious), outcome "recovered". Additional information: Caller had 3 total doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Provided vaccination information from vaccination card. Just besides feeling general fatigue and flu like symptoms which caller stated everyone experiences. Caller confirmed he had general fatigue and flu like symptoms with the 1st and 2nd doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.

Mother was 37 weeks for her first COVID vaccination and was 40 weeks for her second vaccination. The neonate was born with no complications at birth. The neonate began to develop severe sweating episodes while breast feeding and 3 weeks post-birth was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure with reduced LV function with an EF of 37%. The neonate was admitted to the pediatric ICU for critical care management of her CHF. She was placed on IV milrinone and IV Lasix. After two days she was transitioned to oral Enalapril and oral Lasix. She was subsequently discharged to home in stable condition with oral Enalapril and Lasix.

Symptomtext

Swelling on right side face; Swelling on right side face and right side ear lobe; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer, the patient. A 31-year-old non-pregnant female patient received first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: EC3180) via an unspecified route of administration in the right arm on 06Aug2021 at 18:00 (at the age of 31-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included two premature baby. The patient had known allergy to sulfa antibiotics. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. The patient did not receive any concomitant medications. On 21Aug2021 at 08:00, the patient experienced swelling on right side face and right-side ear lobe. The events resulted in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of the events and the patient had an appointment for biopsy. The clinical outcome of the events swelling on right side face and swelling on right side ear lobe was not recovered at the time of this report.
