very sick for 3-4 days; some terrible fever and also fever; I was not nauseous however but after 3 days; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the patient. A 45-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 11Aug2021 as dose 1, single (Lot number: FL3180) at the age of 44 years intramuscular, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: ILLNESS (non-serious), outcome "recovered", described as "very sick for 3-4 days"; PYREXIA (non-serious), outcome "recovered", described as "some terrible fever and also fever"; NAUSEA (non-serious), outcome "recovered", described as "I was not nauseous however but after 3 days". Relevant laboratory tests and procedures are available in the appropriate section. Additional information: Concern: Consumer stated, "So, it's 2:06 in the morning right and this was the morning of 26Jun. I wanted to call you because it just occurred to me since I received my Pfizer (COVID-19) Vaccine. There has been multiple, not one, I have noticed of very significant change in my body since receiving the Pfizer Vaccine which has been, I would detail it because it is important to detail it, multiple instances of random absolute tiredness like I would be good but all of sudden I have to immediately walk on some type of surface floor, couch or bed like immediately I have to, it almost overcome to me, immediately urgency for some surface like lay on and that has been since, I have never in my life experienced that type of symptom ever and then also in concurrence with that particular symptom (Incomplete sentence)." Consumer further stated, "And definitely a being significant as I can be in regards to that's all since I have received the Pfizer shot, me experiencing this particular symptoms are absolutely becoming completely without any 'principle' because lay down immediately and I experienced a complete lack of physical energy because then at least the month I received Pfizer Vaccine. I mean genuinely I thought this may be due to this, may be COVID or but no as a matter of fact also I have this Pfizer vaccine and I thought. O my God! I am trying to listen to you but I am also trying to report my symptoms because that's not only my symptoms but go ahead." When paraphrased the concern and probed if having any query in response consumer stated, "No, I do have no clear references because I never have had blood pressure before. (withheld) Hospital diagnosed me with high blood pressure all of sudden and I never had that before in my entire life. I have been a very healthy, listen it's not okay, it's absolutely not okay, I have significantly taking care of my body, so I would not have received diagnosis like that because not only always I eat healthy food. I mean so that's why I am calling because it is very disturbing to me that come the (name withheld) Emergency room for not feeling well, right, I was nauseous. So, I thought Oh yeah that might me all that. Okay tell me out I am calling you 2 AM in the morning and it's not because I feel well, you know. Can you hear me out, so at the (name withheld) Hospital, I just want to hear you if could just not interrupt me for just a moment. My (withheld) Hospital recent inquiry and said because I say that because for some time to get diagnosed that was only about a month ago, now here is my result today which is I am at whole and I woke up at 1:40 AM not feeling really well, I am like this what is this, you know listen the thing was about I work from home, I was remote worker. So, I am not like travelling in the community I am not going anyway." Consumer was informed about role of Pfizer drug safety. When probed if Route of administration was intramuscularly, consumer stated, "Yes, intramuscularly like in my bicep. When probed for any treatment for the occurred event, consumer stated, "No, not at all but I remember when I received this, no it's not fine. Can I speak for a moment because it's not okay when I received the vaccination, I was in my home very sick for 3-4 days with some terrible fever and also fever, I was not nauseous however but after 3 days, I was fine and I thought to myself may be that's how supposed to be, I mean I don't know need another, I just know the government was recommending me to get that vaccination now, mind you this is now Jun2022, I had this vaccination back in Aug and Sep2021, since my vaccination it has been at least months or maybe twice a month that I have not felt well in my body." When probed for any laboratory test, consumer stated, "No, I didn't undergo any lab test whatsoever, always that going as my vaccination like government suggested." Consumer further stated, "What do you mean, wait hold on, it's been six month of that government vaccine. Will somebody will call me back about this." Response was provided, Safety report has been file and Pfizer might do follow up if needed.
