A 41 year-old female patient (not pregnant) received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administered in arm left, administration date 13Aug2021 15:00 (Lot number: RC3180) as dose 2, single for Covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history was not reported. Concomitant medication(s) included: Z-PAK. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (product=COVID 19, brand=Pfizer, lot number=FA7484, lot unknown=False, administration date=23Jul2021, administration time=03:00 PM, dose number=1), administration date: 23Jul2021, when the patient was 41 years old, for Covid-19 immunisation. The caller got a third dose yesterday; The caller got a third dose yesterday; Arm is a lot sorer than the first two shots; This is a spontaneous report received from Pfizer Sponsored Program. A contactable 73-year-old female consumer (patient) reported for herself that a 73-years-old female patient received bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE), dose 3 via an unspecified route of administration on 04Aug2021 12:00 (at the age of 73-year-old) (Batch/Lot Number: RC3180) as dose 3, single for covid-19 immunisation. The patient medical history included diabetes mellitus, overweight and immunodeficiency. The patient concomitant medications were not reported. The patient previously received bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE), dose 1 via an unspecified route of administration on end of Jan2021 (Batch/Lot Number: unknown) as dose 1, single and dose 2 via an unspecified route of administration on mid Feb2021 (Batch/Lot Number: unknown) as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation. 04Aug2021 12:00 the caller got her third dose of the vaccine and then went to breakfast. The patient arm was a lot sorer than the first two shots on 04Aug2021. This started 2-3 hours after the shot and it got progressively worse at night. The caller made it her business not to sleep on that arm. The clinical outcome of event arm was a lot sorer than the first two shots was not recovered. Follow-up activities closed. Batch/lot number not available for BNT162B2.
