feeling a little bit sick; experiencing chills; fever comes and goes; muscle pain; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of ILLNESS (feeling a little bit sick), CHILLS (experiencing chills), PYREXIA (fever comes and goes) and MYALGIA (muscle pain) in a 28-year-old male patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. 007M2UA) for COVID-19 vaccination. The patient's past medical history included Back injury (Patient received a shot of Toradol and 600 mg of Ibuprofen for the pain.) since 01-Feb-2021. Previously administered products included for Pain: Ibuprofen (600mg ) on 11-Feb-2021; for Back injury: Toradol on 11-Feb-2021. Past adverse reactions to the above products included Back injury with Toradol; and Pain with Ibuprofen . On 02-Feb-2021, the patient received second dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1 dosage form. On 03-Feb-2021, the patient experienced ILLNESS (feeling a little bit sick), CHILLS (experiencing chills), PYREXIA (fever comes and goes) and MYALGIA (muscle pain). At the time of the report, ILLNESS (feeling a little bit sick), CHILLS (experiencing chills), PYREXIA (fever comes and goes) and MYALGIA (muscle pain) outcome was unknown. For mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular), the reporter did not provide any causality assessments. No treatment information was provided. Patient mentioned he had twisted his back on 01-FEB-2021 so he received a shot of Toradol and 600 mg of Ibuprofen for the pain.

Feels arm full/arm hurts; Diarrhea; Upset stomach; Headache; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of PAIN IN EXTREMITY (Feels arm full/arm hurts), DIARRHOEA (Diarrhea), ABDOMINAL DISCOMFORT (Upset stomach) and HEADACHE (Headache) in a 48-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. 007M2UA) for COVID-19 vaccination. The patient's past medical history included No adverse event (No medical history reported). On 27-Jan-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1 dosage form. On 27-Jan-2021, the patient experienced PAIN IN EXTREMITY (Feels arm full/arm hurts), DIARRHOEA (Diarrhea), ABDOMINAL DISCOMFORT (Upset stomach) and HEADACHE (Headache). At the time of the report, PAIN IN EXTREMITY (Feels arm full/arm hurts), DIARRHOEA (Diarrhea), ABDOMINAL DISCOMFORT (Upset stomach) and HEADACHE (Headache) had not resolved.
