ringing in both of the ears; a little soreness in arm; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of TINNITUS (ringing in both of the ears) and PAIN IN EXTREMITY (a little soreness in arm) in a 66-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. 013FUA) for COVID-19 vaccination. Concurrent medical conditions included Blood pressure high and Acid reflux (esophageal). Concomitant products included ASPIRIN [ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID] for an unknown indication. On 23-Nov-2021, the patient received third dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient experienced TINNITUS (ringing in both of the ears) and PAIN IN EXTREMITY (a little soreness in arm). At the time of the report, TINNITUS (ringing in both of the ears) and PAIN IN EXTREMITY (a little soreness in arm) outcome was unknown. Caller stated that she went to doctor and they checked her ears and it did not show any wax in ears. Caller has taken ear drops for the ringing but it did not do anything. Caller is currently taking medication for high blood pressure and acid reflux.
