A half hour after I got the shot my lips went numb (like I had a shot of Novocaine at the dentist). Then about a half hour after that, the tip of my tongue started tingling. Then a little bit after that my throat got a little tiny bit tight and dry. Then by 2:00 in the afternoon all the symptoms disappeared. Then the next day, I felt just a little bit nauseous. Then the next day the numb lips and tingling tongue returned, except that only the left side of my lips felt numb, and only the left front quadrant of my tongue was tingling.the right side of my lips were fine and the right side of my tongue was fine. Today is April 2nd, and I still feel the tingling on the left side of the front of my tongue. That is constant. The numbness in my lips has faded, but it's still there.
