Symptomtext
Patient was in with husband and 2 children for flu and COVID vaccinations. After vaccinating Patient, I discovered I had 2 Moderna Spikevax left to give her husband. I then inspected the 2 vaccines I had administered to Patient. They were both Afluria influenza vaccinations. I explained to her what happened, and she was subsequently given the COVID vaccination also. Patient reported that she had no unusual or severe side effects on 11/3/23. She has since reported good health as of 11/28/23. My supervisor and I have discussed and adjusted vaccination procedures.
