Symptomtext

Red Rash at vaccination site 1.5" x 1.5" and bilateral red swelling of hands with itching as well as associated pain/discomfort especially when using hand sanitizer. Five days later rash and swelling improving but hands still very sensitive and painful when disinfecting.

Symptomtext

She got her vaccine, had the normal reactions, sinus and things right away. She had a headache and thought that was unusual as it is rare for her to get a headache. On Sunday 10/29/23 it started all up again, has had a fever, as well as really bad headache since Sunday. She is hot/cold because she is running a temperature, sweaty/clamy. She has no sinus issues, no congestion, none of that really, she just feels awful. She has loss of appetite and has not eaten in the last few days or so. She has been taking vitamin D3, as well as Oscillocoecinum a homeopathic remedy, which she just started taking it on Tuesday and she does not see any help from it yet. She has a Telehealth APT tomorrow.

Symptomtext

Patient called on 10/13/23 to report that her arm was hurting, was red, was swollen, was itching, and felt warm to the touch. She said it had progressively gotten worse since she received her vaccine on 10/10/23. I told her to ice the area periodically, to watch to see if the red area grows, and to apply anti-itch cream (i.e. hydrocortisone) if it kept itching. I told her to follow up with her doctor for guidance on Monday 10/16/23 if she was still having trouble.

Injection was administered under deltoid, mid upper left arm. Patient started to experience warmth, and redness around injection site this next morning. Patient has taken Ibuprofen and applying an ice pack to the area. Borders around redness marked.

Symptomtext

Patient received Afluria on 9/16/23. On 9/25/23 patient contacted the pharmacy complaining of arm soreness and mild shooting pain when exercising. Contacted her PCP Dr. to inform office about the arm soreness and pain and spoke with representative. Patient has not tried any treatments.
