At approximately 1030 patient reports tingling and numbness in the left hand, along with soreness in the left shoulder and arm. Symptoms continued to worsen, and the patient reported this information to Dr. at 1300. Provider reviewed symptoms and referred him to FNP for further assessment. FNP evaluated the patient's injection site along with symptoms and initiate conservative care to treat symptoms.
