Symptomtext

I got up out of bed at approximately 2am and almost fainted. While standing my legs especially and whole body started feeling very heave and my vision became black. I was able to find a chair a few steps away and sit down. My heart raced for a couple minutes and I started profusely sweating where my arm was very wet to the touch. After I few minutes of sitting with my head in my hands I felt better and was able to make it back to bed. Research of these symptoms make me think it was a near episode of vasovagal syncope. Prior to this I also had chill starting around 9:30pm and then was very hot for 8-12 hours starting at approximately midnight.

- Woke up morning (10/14) after vaccine administration with severe migraine, chest pain (tightness/heaviness center/beneath sternum**), and some light headedness/brain fog. - Treated Migraine with Ibuproferen (600 mg). Migraine returned 10/18* - Chest pain is more noticeable when laying down but can be felt sitting and standing as well. - As of today (10/19) Chest pain and light headedness has continued since 10/14, while it has lessened and is now periodic it still causes discomfort and concern. - I saw my PCP on 10/17 to address my concerns. *Please note, I do not get chronic migraines. The last time I had a migraine was when I contracted COVID for the first time in January 2023. **Similar chest pain/heaviness was felt when I contracted COVID for the first time in January 2023. ***I did not have these side effects with previous booster/COVID shots.

I went to see my PCP on 10/17 and discussed my symptoms. An EKG was ordered by PCP - Came Back Normal PCP suggested chest pain could be caused by GERD but I disagree with this assessment and feel confident the chest pain and migraine are correlated with my COVID vaccination.

liquid all over her arm after she got the injection with no reported adverse event; liquid all over her arm after she got the injection with no reported adverse event; did not get the full dose of the vaccine with no adverse event; Initial information received on 07-Dec-2023 regarding an unsolicited valid non-serious case received from a pharmacist. This case involves a 25 years old female patient who experienced liquid all over her arm after she got the influenza quadrival A-B vaccine [Fluzone QIV] and did not get the full dose of the vaccine with no adverse. The patient's past medical history, medical treatment(s), vaccination(s) and family history were not provided. On 06-Dec-2023, the patient received an unknown dose once of suspect influenza quadrival A-B vaccine (Suspension for injection) (lot: AU1074A; strength: standard) via unknown route in the left deltoid for Immunization and had liquid all over her arm after she got the injection (accidental exposure to product) (exposure via skin contact) and did not get the full dose of the vaccine (incorrect dose administered) (latency: same day). No adverse event reported. This suspected adverse reaction report is submitted and classified as a medication error solely and exclusively to ensure the marketing authorization holder's compliance with the requirements set out in the Directive 2001/83/EC and Module VI of the Good Pharmacovigilance Practices. The classification as a medical error is in no way intended, nor should it be interpreted or construed as an allegation or claim made by the marketing authorization holder that any third party has contributed to or is to be held liable for the occurrence of this medication error.
