Patient was given Pediatric dose instead of Adult dose by Error. Supervisor contacted Moderna Manufacture and recommendations were given by writing. If a half dose volume dose of vaccine is administered to a patient recommended for the full volume, another half volume dose can be administered on the same clinic day, and the 2 dose can count as 1 full dose. This even was also notified to Medical director. Patient was also notified and second dose was given same day.
