received the second dose of BNT162B2 via an unspecified route of administration on the right arm on 24Jul2021; fever; seizure; I feel so terrible but cannot afford to go to the hospital.; violently shaking; Now over 48 hours later I cannot eat or sleep; Now over 48 hours later I cannot eat or sleep; I have a terrible rash on my right arm where injected; difficulty breathing; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 22-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received the second dose of BNT162B2 via an unspecified route of administration on the right arm on 24Jul2021 (Lot Number: CUS8955) at the age of 22-year-old as single dose for COVID-19 immunization. Medical history included Celiac and IBS. Known allergy include gluten. The patient didn't receive other vaccine in four weeks. The patient previously received Gluten and experienced allergy. The patient COVID prior vaccination. The patient didn't perform COVID test post vaccination. Concomitant medication included multivitamin once a day. The patient previously received the first dose of BNT162B2 via an unspecified route of administration on the right arm on 24Jul2021 at 04:00 PM at the age of 22-year-old as single dose for COVID-19 immunization. On 15Aug2021 at 03:00 AM, with the second dose however, he woke up violently shaking almost seizure like at 3 am the morning after receiving second dose. Now over 48 hours later he cannot eat or sleep. The patient have a terrible rash on right arm where injected. He had difficulty breathing and worse symptoms than previously contracting COVID 19; when it first began In February. This was he being a voice advocating for those without healthcare assistance. He felt so terrible but cannot afford to go to the hospital. The only symptom that has subsided has been the fever. Everything else was just as bad as when it first began. The events resulted in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit. No treatment was received. The outcome of inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered was unknown. The outcome of fever was recovered. The outcome of other events was not recovered.
