headache; nausea; feeling unwell; fatigue; fell in asleep; glucose levels or just doing something else that's causing me to have headache; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer. A female patient of an unspecified age received first dose of bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, solution for injection; lot number: EL324U), via an unspecified route of administration on an unspecified date at single dose for COVID-19 immunization. The patient's medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The patient received first dose of vaccine, and since yesterday the patient have had headache that does not go away with like Ibuprofen and Tylenol. When the patient first got it she was reading on the factsheet that headache, nausea and feeling unwell are some of the symptoms so the patient was getting those and have had some fatigue as well but then she fell in asleep. And this morning, the patient have a headache that goes and come, it's not really, really bad but it's just like it is there and it just bothers her. It was reported that "I was taking Tylenol and Ibuprofen and it really doesn't seem to do anything. I noticed that if I eat something then I will start feeling a little bit better so, I do not know if the vaccine is doing something as far as my glucose levels or just doing something else that's causing me to have headache." The patient received treatment for the events. The outcome of the events was unknown.

A 33-year-old female patient received the first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: "EL324U"), via an unspecified route of administration on 03Jan2021 (at the age of 33-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunization. The patient's medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. In Jan2021, the patient experienced headache that comes and goes and was just there, nausea, feeling unwell, some fatigue, and feeling hot. The patient took ibuprofen and acetaminophen (TYLENOL) for the headache; but did not seem to help. The clinical outcomes of headache, nausea, feeling unwell, fatigue, and feeling hot were unknown.
