Diarrhoea Pain in extremity

diarrhea; Sore Arm; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP) from medical information team. The reporter is the patient. A 69-year-old female patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administered in arm left, administration date 07Mar2021 10:00 (Lot number: ENU199) as dose 1, single at the age of 69 years for covid-19 immunisation. Relevant medical history included: "Hernia" (ongoing); "sports hernia" (ongoing), notes: First Diagnosis about 11 years ago. She has had several surgeries, the mesh doesn't hold them and she has nothing covering her intestines. Has gotten worse.; "several surgeries" (unspecified if ongoing) and has a lot pf health problems. Family history included: "high blood pressure" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications included pain medications but that they have never caused her to have diarrhea with any of the medication that she takes. The following information was reported: DIARRHOEA (non-serious) with onset 07Mar2021, outcome "unknown", described as "diarrhea"; PAIN IN EXTREMITY (non-serious) with onset 07Mar2021, outcome "recovered" (08Mar2021), described as "Sore Arm". Additional information: the first and second night after the vaccine, she had unbelievable diarrhea. Patient was wondering if that was one of the side effects. She was uncertain if the diarrhea started on 7Mar2021; states that she thinks it did, she was kind of vague on that, but knows that it lasted for 2 nights. She has never had that kind of diarrhea, on the second night it was everywhere. She also had a sore arm starting the day of the vaccine which was hurting; but she kept moving it around, states was better by the next day. It wasn't bothering that bad at all. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

Severe body aches; chills; fatigue; headache; light headedness; sore throat; joint pain; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable other HCP (patient) reporting for herself. A 32-year-old non-pregnant female patient received bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE, Formulation: Solution for injection, Lot Number: ENU199), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Left arm on 10Mar2021 09:45 at the age of 32-years-old as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's medical history was not reported. Concomitant medications included sertraline (SERTRALINE) taken for an unspecified indication, start and stop date were not reported; clonazepam (CLONAZEPAM) taken for an unspecified indication, start and stop date were not reported received in two weeks of vaccination. The patient previously took first dose of historical vaccine, bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE, Formulation: Solution for injection, Lot Number: EL9267), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Left arm on 17Feb2021 at the age of 32-years-old as single dose for covid-19 immunisation. The patient previously took acetaminophen and experienced allergy. The patient did not receive other vaccine in four weeks of vaccination. The patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19 prior vaccination. The patient has not been tested for COVID-19 post vaccination. On 11Mar2021 at 01:00, the patient experienced Severe body aches, chills, fatigue, headache, light headedness, sore throat and joint pain. Adverse events resulted in Doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit. No treatment was received for adverse events. The outcome of events was recovering. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

Symptomtext

Swollen portions of hands, portions of feet, knees. Inflamed, red, hot, itchy and very, very painful. The issues move from area to area and seem to inflame fatty areas most. I thought this would go away and didn't document with pictures, like I should have. I now have a couple of pictures and will continue to do so. I've tried hot baths, cold packs, hot packs, elevating the area and topical relievers. I couldn't feel the heat of the pain reliever on the affected area. This has been absolutely debilitating and I've had to miss some work because of it.

Muscle spasms

Symptomtext

Muscle spasms on left side of body (arm, shoulder, leg, face). The muscle spasms are worse in the arm. The spasms are only on the left side of the body. The spasms were worst the night of the vaccine and they have improved, however the spasms are still present.
