Experienced some pain in my left side; I passed a urinary clot like a blood clot; It could be a urinary tract infection; I just passed the blood clot; felt really bad like he had no energy and slept on and off for 10 hours; felt really bad like he had no energy and slept on and off for 10 hours; felt really bad like he had no energy and slept on and off for 10 hours; I passed a urinary clot like a blood clot; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer or other non hcp (patient). A 62-years-old male patient received bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, solution for injection), dose 2 via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Right shoulder on 15Apr2021 (at the age of 62 years) (Batch/Lot Number: EU00162) as DOSE 1, SINGLE for covid-19 immunisation. Medical history included High Blood Pressure from 2010 to an unknown date. The Concomitant medications were not reported. Historical vaccine included BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, solution for injection), dose 1 on 20Mar2021 (at the age of 62 years) for covid-19 immunisation. Patient received the second dose of the Pfizer BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine on 15Apr2021, on 22Apr2021 he experienced pain in his left side and had no energy. This morning he passed a blood clot in his urine. He did not have any symptoms before, he was not sure if this is something that you have previously observed or heard maybe there is something in the past. He knew there are some issues with the vaccines like people were getting blood clots (further clarification unknown). Also, he was not sure if it was urinary clot, I was not sure if I was late, but it was just coincidental that it was after a week he got my shot. Patient stated, he guesses like he was in bed all day yesterday and today (not specified), he felt better but he just passed the blood clot, so he would say it was persisting. Stated, I was treating it now as a UTI infection until I find out otherwise, no such medications that he was taking. Stated yesterday, 22Apr2021, he experienced pain on his left side; felt really bad like he had no energy and slept on and off for 10 hours. He was reaching out to Pfizer to see if this has occurred with other people. The patient received the treatment for the event I passed a urinary clot like a blood clot. The clinical outcome of the event was unknown at the time of report. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.
