A 71-year-old female patient received BNT162B2( PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE; Lot Number: EU0153), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Left on 30Apr2021 as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation (at the age of 71 years). Previously patient took first dose of covid-19 vaccine on 08Apr2021(Batch/lot number: BRZU13). Medical history included glaucoma, rheumatoid arthritis, hypertension, cataract, osteoporosis and hypersensitivity. Concomitant medications included amlodipine 5 mg, 1x/day, hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg, 1x/day; dorzolamide hydrochloride and timolol maleate taken for glaucoma; latanoprost taken for glaucoma, famotidine 20 mg, 1x/day, hydrocodone 10/325 mg, 3 tablets within 24 hours taken for pain, aspirin 81 mg once daily. No Adverse events following 4 weeks prior vaccinations. The patient's past drug history included Betamethasone Dipropionate and rogaine for baldness. On unspecified date, the patient experienced arm got very sore and started to swell around injection site; bones and joints have been hurting, arm swollen, arm pain and spine pain on 30Apr2021; muscles at bottom of neck swollen and painful on both sides, headaches on 03May2021. It was reported that Caller received the second Pfizer Covid 19 vaccine on 30 April. That night her arm got very sore and started to swell around injection site. She couldn't raise or stretch her arm out without pain. Caller states she used CBD intensive pain rub around the site in a circle and took her pain medication and went to bed. The next morning everything was gone. It was like she never got a shot. Did the CBD solution kill the vaccine? Do I need to get another dose of the vaccine? What would happen if I get another shot?Caller reported that she was diagnosed with glaucoma when she was 37. The glaucoma only started to really get worse over the last few years. Her pressure is up pretty high and she has to go on 11May2021 to the eye doctor. Caller reported that it has been 5, 6, or 7 years since she was diagnosed with high blood pressure. She has had rheumatoid arthritis for more than a couple of years. She had rheumatoid arthritis when she was diagnosed as disabled and no one bothered to tell her. She was diagnosed with small cataracts about a year ago. It has been a few years since she was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis. Caller reported that some physicians didn't even bother to check to see if she had osteoporosis. Caller reported that if she eats a grapefruit, her whole face and lips and eyes swell up. She had to go to the emergency room following consumption of a grapefruit. She can't eat oranges or she will have to be taken to the emergency room. Caller reported that she can't take statins and her doctor is giving her Omega 3's instead of statins. Caller reported that she cannot wash her clothes or sleep on sheets that have been washed in certain things. Caller reported that 25-30 years ago, she went into the hospital to have a colonoscopy. She drank the Polyethylene Glycol, went to the bathroom and passed out. The hospital staff had to come in and get her from the bathroom. The medical staff figured out it was the Polyethylene Glycol that caused her to pass out and made her sick. Caller reported that she has not had a colonoscopy since the incident 25-30 years ago. Caller is a consumer that is calling to report on the Pfizer Covid 19 vaccine. Caller reported that she received the second dose of the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine on 30Apr2021. On the night of 30Apr2021, her arm swelled up like she knew it was going to. Caller reported that her arm was really hurting and getting big. She wasn't able to stretch out her arm. Caller reported that she applied CBD Intensive Pain Rub in a circle around the injection site before going to bed on 30Apr2021. She woke up the next morning on 01May2021 and everything was gone. She had no swelling, no pain, nothing in her arm. Caller inquired if the CBD oil will kill the vaccine. She is afraid that her arm stopped hurting because the CBD oil killed the Covid-19 vaccine. She wished that she knew the CBD oil worked so well because the first time she received the Covid-19 vaccine, she suffered for 3-4 days with pain, swelling, and everything. Caller reported that she needs another shot of the Covid-19 vaccine because she is scared of getting Covid-19. Caller reported it took about a week and a half until she finally felt back to normal. Caller reported that when her arm began swelling on 30Apr2021 after the second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, her arm wasn't as big as it was going to get, but she couldn't raise her arm up to reach and pick something up. Caller reported that she circled the area with the CBD Intensive Pain Rub, took her normal pain meds, and went to sleep. When she woke up on 01May2021, her arm was back to total normal. She couldn't even feel the place on her arm where the needle went in. Caller reported that she is still having pain in her bones and joints on the right side that gave her all of the problems following the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. She began to hurt, though not as bad, in her hand, leg, foot, shoulder, and especially the herniated disk on her right side. Caller reported that she has severe osteoporosis from the top of her spine down to her foot bone. She has been experiencing more pain than she's been having. The pain in her joints and bones is better today, but that what has been bothering her is her spine. Caller reported that when she bends over for a while or lifts something, her right side starts to bother her. Yesterday 03May2021, where her neck is and going down into shoulders, the muscle swelled up on both sides. Caller reported that the muscles were really hurting and the swelling in the muscles was going up toward her head. She massaged the muscles down and that it is not as bad today, 04May2021 as it was yesterday. Caller reported that her headache started yesterday, 03May2021 when her shoulders felt like they were drawing up to her neck. Caller reported that her headaches come and go. Caller reported that she did not have a headache at time of call on 04May2021. Caller reported that she was checking around, trying to find out information before she received the Covid-19 vaccine to see what the ingredients of the vaccine were. Caller reported that the pharmacist wrote down only 1 ingredient in the Covid-19 vaccine that would have bothered her because she is sensitive to it, Polyethylene Glycol. She never knew the Polyethylene Glycol was in the Covid-19 vaccine until the pharmacist gave her the vaccine information. Caller reported that up until awhile back, she was using Rogaine and steroids on her scalp. There is something going on in her hair and on the top of her head. The dermatologist gave her the steroid and said it would help but it hasn't helped. Caller reported that she is going bald and she doesn't know what's going on. Caller reported that the problems with her hair and scalp started about a year ago. Caller reported that her hair was just thinning at first, and then it went to going bald and got worse and worse. Caller reported that even with Rogaine and steroids, the balding was moving to the front of her head. Caller reported that she stopped taking the steroids because she couldn't stop eating.
