A 73-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 10Feb2021 at 14:15 as dose number unknown, single (Lot number: EH9009), in left arm, on 03Mar2021 at 14:15 as dose number unknown, single (Lot number: EN6205), in left arm and on 26Apr2022 at 11:00 as dose number unknown, single (Lot number: FU989U) at the age of 73 years, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation; coviD-19 vaccine mrna (mrna 1273) (MODERNA COVID-19 VACCINE), on 13Nov2021 at 10:00 as dose number unknown, single (Lot number: 037F21A), in left arm for covid-19 immunisation.
