A 67-year-old male patient received bnt162b2, bnt162b2 omi ba.4-5 (BNT162B2, BNT162B2 OMI BA.4-5), on 13Sep2022 as dose 6 (booster), single (Lot number: GU9694) at the age of 65 years, in right arm for covid-19 immunisation; bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), on 06Aug2021 as dose 3 (booster), single (Batch/Lot number: unknown), in left arm for covid-19 immunisation; elasomeran (MODERNA COVID-19 VACCINE), on 27Jan2021 as dose 1, single (Lot number: SA5MC), in left arm, on 26Feb2021 as dose 2, single (Lot number: O4MZ0A), in left arm, on 17Dec2021 as dose 4 (booster), single (Batch/Lot number: unknown), in left arm, on 17Apr2022 as dose 5 (booster), single (Batch/Lot number: unknown), in left arm, on 24Apr2023 as dose 7 (booster), single (Batch/Lot number: unknown), in left arm and on 24Sep2023 as dose 8 (booster), single (Batch/Lot number: unknown), in left arm for covid-19 immunisation.
