nausea; headache; fatigue; muscle ache; swelling and joint pain on her knee; swelling and joint pain on her knee; sore left arm; This spontaneous case was reported by an other health care professional (subsequently medically confirmed) and describes the occurrence of JOINT SWELLING (swelling and joint pain on her knee), PAIN IN EXTREMITY (sore left arm), NAUSEA (nausea), HEADACHE (headache) and FATIGUE (fatigue) in a 43-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch nos. O25L2UA and 00042714) for COVID-19 vaccination. The occurrence of additional non-serious events is detailed below. No medical history was provided by the reporter. Previously administered products included for an unreported indication: SYNVISC ONE (received Synvisc 1 injection on the knee on Sep/Oct 2020.). Concomitant products included MELOXICAM for Back pain, CORTISOL [HYDROCORTISONE] for an unknown indication. On 29-Dec-2020, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1 dosage form. On 26-Jan-2021, received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) dosage was changed to 1 dosage form. On 30-Dec-2020, the patient experienced PAIN IN EXTREMITY (sore left arm). On 27-Jan-2021, the patient experienced JOINT SWELLING (swelling and joint pain on her knee), NAUSEA (nausea), HEADACHE (headache), FATIGUE (fatigue), MYALGIA (muscle ache) and ARTHRALGIA (swelling and joint pain on her knee). The patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN from 27-Jan-2021 to 28-Jan-2021 at an unspecified dose and frequency. On 31-Dec-2020, PAIN IN EXTREMITY (sore left arm) had resolved. At the time of the report, JOINT SWELLING (swelling and joint pain on her knee), NAUSEA (nausea), HEADACHE (headache), FATIGUE (fatigue), MYALGIA (muscle ache) and ARTHRALGIA (swelling and joint pain on her knee) outcome was unknown. For mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular), the reporter did not provide any causality assessments.
