Symptomtext
Patient reported to clinic on 05/17/2022 at 4:30 for left swollen cervical lymph node, with tenderness on left posterior neck for one day. He states he went to the ER Monday 05/16/2022 had a CT scan and states no abnormalities on imaging. States could be possible infection, no abx given, no blood work obtain in ER. Patient states he was given Ultram 50mg for pain PRN in ER which "helps a little". Patient states he has an appt with PCP 05/19/2022. Assessment performed by nurse in clinic 05/17/2022 no neurological abnormalities noted. Encouraged patient to go to ER if worsening of symptoms. Recommend alternating Ibuprofen and Ultram and using ice for pain. Call with questions or concerns.
