Symptomtext
Child came to the pediatric COVID clinic with mother and 3 siblings. Client was to receive the flu vaccine only, and 2 of her sisters were to receive the COVID and the flu vaccination. RN administered the COVID vaccine to client by mistake as RN thought she was administering the vaccine to clients sister. Mother was attempting to calm clients sister down as she was scared about receiving her shots while client received the COVID vaccine. At time of writing this report, there are no known adverse outcomes that have occurred to client.
