not experiencing any additional side effects; Patient was inadvertently administered the MMR-Il vaccine instead of an MMR-Il titer test; This spontaneous report has been received from a health care professional referring to his 29 years old daughter. The patient's pertinent medical history, historical drugs, concurrent conditions, concomitant therapies, and previous drug reactions or allergies were not reported. On 29-NOV-2021, the patient was inadvertently vaccinated with measles, mumps, and rubella (wistar RA 27-3) virus vaccine, live (M-M-R II) for prophylaxis instead of being performed an M-M-R II titer test (vaccination error) (lot number U006487 has been verified to be a valid lot number, the expiration date was reported and established as 26-FEB-2023; dose, vaccination scheme, route of administration and anatomical site of vaccination were not reported). The reporter stated that he believed that the patient was not pregnant, but she was worried since she and her husband were trying to become pregnant. On 07-DEC-2021, the reporter had contacted Merck and informed that was measles, mumps, and rubella (wistar RA 27-3) virus vaccine, live (M-M-R II) was given inadvertently to the patient at new job and it was a medication error. The patient should wait for 28 days after the vaccine was administered. The reporter was requested to inform if the patient becomes pregnant within that time frame for follow up. The patient was not experiencing any additional side effects (no adverse event). No further information was available.
