pt fainted after 4th vaccine which happened to be HPV vaccine. pt felt a little light headed for about 10 minutes then began to feel better. pt slightly pale for about 10 minutes. after 10 minutes, pt feeling well, awake, alert, oriented to person p lace and time

Symptomtext

This patient was seen today in office for vaccines pt got tdap, hpv, meningitis vaccine. After the vaccines were given the patient began to feel nausea, dizzy, weak & and "hot on her back". We went to get staff. We noticed that she was pale we took he bp and bs. Her blood sugar was 89 NF and her bp 77/39. Staff thinks it could possibly be vasovagal. Could you run this by Dr if she would need any further testing before she continues any further vaccines series.

Abdominal pain Nausea Vomiting

Symptomtext

Within an hour of receiving the HPV vaccine, pt. developed abdominal pain and nausea. He vomited that night and throughout the next day. By 11/12/21 (about 36 hours later), he is feeling a bit better, but still nauseated and with 5/10 abdominal pain. No fever, no rash, no swelling at injection site, no respiratory symptoms. No diarrhea. Noone else in household with GI symptoms, and no known exposure to anyone with illness.

The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 10-MAY-2023, the patient was vaccinated with expired dose of hpv rl1 6 11 16 18 31 33 45 52 58 vlp vaccine (yeast)(GARDASIL 9) lot #U007477, expiration date: 14-APR-2023, 0.5 milliliter (route of administration and anatomical location were not reported) for prophylaxis (expired product administered).
