Patient had no other adverse effects; A patient in their practice received a dose of MMR II intramuscularly rather than subcutaneously; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant concerning a patient of unknown age and gender. Information regarding the patient's concomitant therapies, current conditions, medical history and historical drug was not provided. On 05-APR-2022, the patient was vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II) 0.5 milliliter, one dose, intramuscular route (Incorrect route of product administration) lot number T029549 (rHA) expiration date 10-SEP-2022 administered as prophylaxis. The vaccine was reconstituted with properly stored sterile diluent (MERCK STERILE DILUENT) 0.7 milliliter once lot number U015344 expiration date 23-SEP-2023. No other adverse event was reported.
