Client started feeling flushed, dizzy, nauseous, hands were numb and he looked pale. Drink was given, he was monitored and the felt better a few minutes later.

The patient's concurrent conditions, medical history and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 20-DEC-2021, the patient was vaccinated with improperly stored dose of varicella virus vaccine live (oka/merck) (VARIVAX) lot # U015679, expiration date 18-MAY-2023 (anatomical location and route of administration were not reported) for prophylaxis (product storage error). No additional adverse events were reported (no adverse event).
