atient had vasovagal syncope after receiving vaccines in clinic. Was in clinic with staff approximately 10 mins after vaccines, but upon exiting clinic became unresponsive to mother in parking lot. Mother caught patient and no injury occured. Return to clinic where clinic nurse was able to awaken patient with sternal rub and verbal commands. VS normal. EMS notified and responded but patient was fully awake upon their arrival approximately 5 mins later. Patient went home with family in stable condition without transfer to hospital. Discussed with family and they report she is back to baseline status the following morning.
