Symptomtext
Patient received MMR #1 in the right arm on 12/21/2021 at 1635 without reaction or side effect. She received MMR #2 in the left arm on 1/21/2022. On 1/24/2022, she developed itching, 8/10 pain, erythema and deep induration to her right arm (MMR #1) injection site. By 1/31/2022, her right arm pain decreased to 0-1/10 and itching and erythema resolved. Induration remained measuring approximately 1 cm x .5 cm. Otherwise, history and clinic exam negative.
