Parent reports vomiting starting evening of vaccine with rash and diarrhea 6/10/22. Vomiting and diarrhea resolved 6/11/22. Rash worse morning of 6/11/22, consistent with erythema multiforme. Parent adminsitered Benadryl without improvement.
