8 years old patients received a HPV vaccines. HPV age recommendation to receive the first dose of the HPV vaccine is 9 years old. Provider spoke to mother and explain to her that the patient received HPV vaccine by error too early. Provider explain to mother this will not cause any harm to patient. patients was seen in office after the Vaccine was administered and no further follow up or treatment is need it.
