Symptomtext
After oral administration in the patient's mouth, the patient stopped breathing for a few seconds, he then started having retractions and was tachypneic to 70-80s respiratory rate. His heart rate was 170 with pulse ox between 85-95%. We applied oxygen and called 911. Patient is being taken to Medical Center for further evaluation and treatment. I am concerned that patient may have aspirated the vaccine.
