76 y o woman with hx of htn and enlarged pancreas with spinter of oddi spams presents to the ER with sudden transient chet pain, shortness of breath and back pain immdiately after receiving the flu vaccine in the right delton (Fluzon high dose). She says after the vaccine she stood up and walked out of the pharmacy and started having shortness of breath and then chest pain and then back pain. She was able to walk back over the the pharmacist to request for help and he ushered her to a near by chair and a rapid response was activated. Her symptoms lasted for about 10 minutes or less and then resolved.
