involuntary facial movements; neck twisting; This case was reported by a physician and described the occurrence of movements involuntary in a 6-year-old patient who received Hepatitis B vaccine (batch number U32D9, expiry date 5th February 2022) for prophylaxis. On 6th July 2021, the patient received Hepatitis B vaccine. On 20th July 2021, 14 days after receiving Hepatitis B vaccine, the patient experienced movements involuntary and stiff neck. On an unknown date, the outcome of the movements involuntary was not recovered/not resolved and the outcome of the stiff neck was unknown. It was unknown if the reporter considered the movements involuntary and stiff neck to be related to Hepatitis B vaccine. Additional details were provided as follows: The patient received dose of Hepatitis B vaccine and experienced involuntary facial movements and neck twisting. On 20th July 2021, the reporter saw the patient with the above complaints and told mother to observe. The patient was still with involuntary movements. No further information reported. The reporter consented to follow-up.
