Severe headache, fatigue, dizziness, off balance, and severe night sweats. Started the day after vaccine was given (8/20/2021)and is still happening.

- 8/25/2021 Covid test given with negative results. Went to primary care doctor 8/30/21 received medicine for headaches (Butalbital/Acetaminophen)and dizziness (Meclizine 25mg) with instructions to take every 8 hours or as needed. Returned to primary care physician on 9/2/2021 and the headaches and dizziness stopped briefly. Severe headaches returned(9/4/2021) and are still currently persistent. Severe headaches will not go away even with meds.
