4/1/21 - When data logger was downloaded to order vaccines on 3/31/21 it was noted for an alarm on 2/9/21 for excursion on 34.5 F for 20 minutes. On 2/9/21 Frozen moderna was placed in the vaccine refrigerator to thaw. Called to report excursion and check on vaccine stability with each manufacturer. Per GSK - Case reference # 01019026; GSK vaccines "stable until expiration date" and per Merck - Case reference # 01900380; Merck vaccines "may continue to use until expiration date"; Sanofi Pasteur - Case reference # 00544442; Sanofi Pasteur vaccines all except IPV/ Fluzone HD which this client did not receive these 2 vaccines.
