Symptomtext
Patient contacted office to report reaction and was seen on 06/01/2021. Patient reported left arm pain at injection site, limited range of motion, shooting pains radiating to left elbow. Patient has tried hot/ cold therapy, over the counter medications, and at home physical therapy without the help of a professional with no significant improvement in symptoms. Patient was prescribed Meloxicam 15mg 1 daily for 15 days. If no improvements with medication will refer to neurology for further evaluation.
