Symptomtext
on-call provider received a call from patient that she received a flu vaccine in the office 10/24/23. She reports that starting about 3 days after the vaccine she developed severe pain in the left shoulder. She thought it was worse than what she had experienced with previous vaccines- but kept thinking she would give it another day and it would go away. The pain continues. She reports continued pain that does not respond to 800mg Ibuprofen, OTC tylenol, biofreeze. She denies any localized swelling, skin color changes/bruising/erythema, denies any heat or warmth to the joint, denies fevers. She reports limited ROM, pain with any movement.
